It captures into many different repositories, and works flawlessly with Digitech Systems' PaperVision Enterprise and ImageSilo. A really strong capability of PaperVision Capture is its custom coding capability allowing you to handle many data entry and indexing processes automatically - reducing human error and greatly increasing indexing speed.
PaperVision Capture also contains many enhanced features allowing for very sophisticated document capture capabilities like image cleanup and color extraction. These features can assist making your scanned documents or faxes consistent by removing color in images, for example, which would reduce file size. Document cleanup is very easy in PaperVision Capture as is the user interface making it not only powerful, but easy to use across your organization.
