Kodak Capture Pro is an elegant, easy to use, powerful and flexible scanning solution that works with any scanner, not just Kodak products. Its capabilities are can extend from low volume scanning all the way to production scanning applications.  Designed not to overburden the user with complex features and overburdened with features and technology, Capture Pro is designed to be highly useful and require a minimum amount of training for a large cross section of scanning applications.

At the core, Capture Pro comes with imaging technology that is the product of over 100 years of Kodak imaging technology and invention. This technology is not just built into their scanners, but also into Capture Pro. Naturally, we would expect nothing less, it is after all Kodak.  Capture Pro, particularly the latest version 2.5, boasts some powerful additions that enable the application to be customized for a variety of duties via the API and also its output customizabillity.  Chief among these to our mind, is its native ability to export to Microsoft SharePoint.  The combination of an exceedingly friendly user interface with direct release to SharePoint is one of this products greatest strengths.

While Kodak Capture Pro works with any (not just Kodak) scanners, it is an ideal complement to the Kodak scanner line.  If you are looking for a scanning solution that is easy to use, fully featured, intuitive and fast, this one definitely deserves a long look.
